At My Dream Cake, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your baking supplies or cake decorating tools arrive damaged or incorrect, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that perishable food items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return. If the item is damaged, please attach a clear photo of the product.

  Pack and Ship

  Once your return is authorized, securely package the items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service.

  Receive Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
